Under-Desk Walking Pad
WalkingPad H1 Plus Auto Incline Under-Desk Walking Pad
Most under-desk pads give you one thing: flat walking. The H1 Plus adds 9 levels of powered incline, so the same 30 minutes at a desk pulls in glutes, hamstrings and calves instead of just turning over easy steps. Speed runs 0.5 to 4 mph and you change both incline and pace from a remote that fits in your hand.
The whole machine stands 6.1 inches tall and measures 50″ x 21″ on the floor, which is what lets it live under a standing desk rather than in a corner. It arrives fully assembled — plug it into a 110V outlet and walk.

The Technology
Four parts that make a desk walk count as training.
Incline is the headline. The motor, the cushioning and the app are what let you use it every day without thinking about the machine.
⛰️9-Level Power InclineIncline is set electronically across nine levels, so you raise intensity without raising speed. That is the useful trade on a recovery day or a working day — glutes, hamstrings and calves take more of the load while your feet keep moving at a pace you can hold through a meeting.9 Levels · Remote Controlled⚙️Brushless Drive MotorA 2.0 peak HP brushless motor drives the belt. Brushless construction is the reason it stays quiet enough to run under a desk during a call, and it is the part that has to survive daily use rather than three sessions a week.2.0 Peak HP?EVA & PET CushioningEVA and PET layers sit under the belt and take impact before it reaches your knees and ankles. Desk walking accumulates volume rather than intensity, so the cushioning matters most on the long, low-effort hours that add up across a week.EVA & PET?HitGo App & BluetoothThe free HitGo app logs your walks, surfaces AI-powered insights and runs training programs that adjust your speed automatically. Over Bluetooth the H1 Plus pairs with fitness apps like Kinomap for interactive sessions and virtual routes.HitGo · Kinomap

Auto Incline
Nine levels, changed without stepping off
Walking flat has a ceiling. Once your body adapts to the pace, the only ways left to add stimulus are more time or more speed, and neither fits a workday. Incline is the third lever. The H1 Plus raises through nine powered levels on the remote, which recruits glutes, hamstrings and calves harder than the same walk on a flat belt. Because the change is electronic, you step up a level mid-session instead of stopping to reset the machine.
- 9 levels of auto incline, adjusted electronically
- Targets glutes, hamstrings and calves more than flat walking
- Incline and speed both change from the handheld remote

15.4 inches of belt width, and cushioning underneath it
The walking surface measures 15.4″ x 39.4″. That is enough belt to walk at a natural stride length rather than shuffling to stay clear of the edges, which is the difference between a pad you use for an hour and one you step off after ten minutes. Under the belt, EVA and PET layers absorb the landing forces a hard floor would send straight up through your knees and ankles. The frame carries users up to 243 lb.
- 15.4″ x 39.4″ walking area
- EVA and PET shock absorption under the belt
- Rated to 243 lb (110 kg) user weight

6.1 inches tall, and it moves on its own wheels
The H1 Plus measures 50″ x 21″ x 6.1″. The 6.1-inch height is the number to check against your desk clearance, and the 21-inch width is what keeps it from taking over the room. At 51 lb with built-in transport wheels, moving it out from under a desk and back again takes seconds rather than a plan, so it stays in daily rotation instead of becoming furniture you walk around.
- 50″ x 21″ x 6.1″ overall size
- 51 lb (23 kg) net weight
- Built-in wheels for moving it between rooms

Speed, time, distance and calories at a glance
A large LED display shows speed, time, distance and calories, so you can read your session without breaking stride or picking up your phone. Speed and incline run through the remote or the app. The free HitGo app logs each walk and runs training programs that change your speed automatically, and Bluetooth pairs the H1 Plus with apps like Kinomap for guided routes you can cast to a smart TV.
