Little Cottage Co.’s general assembly guidance puts a panelized build at roughly 4 to 8 hours for 2 adults depending on size and skill level; given the added deck and slide components on this model, plan on the higher end of that range, likely a full weekend for most builders. Shingles, drip-edge, and exterior paint are supplied by the customer.
