He is a member of the board of the Association for Accessible and Quality Food, which serves as a mediator between government institutions, businesses, and end consumers. The association is the only one that is part of SAFE Food Advocacy Europe, a highly trusted body within the European Commission on matters concerning quality food. Chef Nemigenchev believes in the potential of the farm-to-table concept, which he sees as essential for placing Bulgaria on the global culinary map. Every Saturday and Sunday, he is a culinary host on BTV’s morning show, as well as the host of a culinary segment on BTV Radio.
