Modeled on the one-room schoolhouses of another era, the Stratford Schoolhouse gives kids a dedicated space to play teacher, host a lesson, or simply have a hideaway with its own working bell. This 8′ x 8′ panelized kit includes a floor and a chimney, rounding out the schoolhouse look with a covered porch overhang for shaded play.

Like the rest of the Little Cottage Co. panelized line, the Stratford Schoolhouse arrives with wall sections pre-assembled and siding pre-fastened, so on-site work is largely assembly rather than cutting lumber — two adults can typically complete an 8×8 build in about 4–8 hours. Customers supply shingles, drip edge, and exterior paint. Built in the USA with Amish craftsmanship, this size and configuration works well for families who want the schoolhouse theme without stepping up to the 8×10 or 8×12 (loft-equipped) sizes.
