The Springfield Gray KingPin Power-Rise Seat Package is a stand-up package for a casting deck. It is built around a gray Power-Rise post that adjusts from 23-1/2 to 30-1/2 inches and is set up for a Quik-Tilt seat mount. It fits a standard KingPin base and carries an ABYC Class H-31 B fishing-only rating.
A stand-up setup is common on the front deck of bass boats and bay boats, where anglers cast for hours and want support without sitting down. The gas-assisted post holds whatever height you set, and the Quik-Tilt mount lets a compatible seat tilt so you can lean against it. The KingPin connection lets you pull the whole setup out when you want the deck clear.
Confirm your deck has a standard KingPin base installed and that your seat or saddle works with the Quik-Tilt mount. Keep the base and post clean, and check the base bolts at the start of each season. Individual posts and bases are in our seats, pedestals & slides. Rinse the post after saltwater trips to protect the gas cylinder seal.
