The Smith’s 750 Fine Grit Diamond Sharpening Stone is a compact 4 x 1 in stone for putting a razor edge on knives and tools. Use it after a coarser stone to refine and polish an edge you have already set. Diamond cuts quickly and works on hard modern steels.
The stone has an interrupted surface that clears filings so the diamond keeps cutting. A fish hook sharpening groove is built in for hooks and small pointed tools. Diamond stones can be used dry or with a little water, so there is no oil to carry.
