Indoor FAR Infrared Sauna
Maxxus Seattle 2-Person Near Zero EMF FAR Infrared Sauna (Canadian Hemlock)
This is the Seattle cabin built with PureTech Near Zero EMF panels, the tightest EMF tier Maxxus publish. Their stated figure is under 3 mG when sitting 2 to 3 inches from the heating panels. Six of those panels are fitted, and the cabin measures 48 by 42 by 75 inches with a 44 by 38 inch interior.
One feature separates this from every other cabin in the 15 amp group: Maxxus list a floor foot reflexology heater as standard on the Near Zero Seattle and on no other model here. Everything else — hemlock construction, clear tempered glass door, interior LED control panel, 275 lb sauna weight — matches the Low EMF Seattle.

What Sets The Near Zero Seattle Apart
EMF Tier
Under 3 mG At The Manufacturer’s Distance
Maxxus divide their carbon panels into three tiers and give a figure for each. Measured about two inches from the heater panel, Low EMF panels average 5–10 mG, Ultra Low EMF panels 3–5 mG, and Near Zero EMF panels less than 3 mG. The Seattle ZF is built with the last of those, and the product listing states the same thing as EMF under 3 mG when sitting 2 to 3 inches from the heating panels.

- Maxxus figure: under 3 mG at 2 to 3 inches from the panels

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Maxxus state EMF under 3 mG when sitting 2 to 3 inches from the heating panels, and their owner’s manual puts the Near Zero EMF tier at less than 3 mG measured about two inches from the heater panel. Both sources agree on this model. We quote the measuring distance with the number because Maxxus do, and because a milligauss reading without a distance means very little. The manufacturer figures are an ideal operating range of 118°F–132°F and a maximum of 140°F. Maxxus give them for their infrared line rather than model by model, so there is no MX-J206-01-ZF-specific number to quote. Two published differences. This model uses PureTech Near Zero EMF panels at under 3 mG where the Low EMF Seattle uses Low EMF panels at 5–10 mG, and this model is listed as standard with a floor foot reflexology heater, which the Low EMF Seattle does not carry. Dimensions, weights, wood, glass, control panel and audio are identical between the two.Maxxus state six heating panels and, separately, that the sauna is standard with a floor foot reflexology heater. They do not say whether the floor heater is one of the six or additional to them, so we do not say either. If that matters to your decision, ask us and we will put the question to Golden Designs in writing.Full 2 person capacity. Exterior 48″ × 42″ × 75″, interior 44″ W × 38″ D × 68″ H. The Maxxus owner’s manual gives a weight capacity for a 2-person model of up to 300 lbs individually and up to 500 lbs aggregate. No bench dimensions are published for any Maxxus sauna.Maxxus specify 120 V / 15 amp, non-GFCI, plug and play, with a dedicated outlet recommended. It runs off an ordinary household circuit. Where no dedicated outlet exists at the install position, we recommend having a licensed electrician fit one.No. Maxxus specify indoor installation only on the listing and in the owner’s manual. That condition is stated consistently across their documentation.Free curbside delivery via freight to the 48 contiguous states, with free delivery damage insurance included. The freight carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours ahead to set a day and time Monday through Friday inside a 4-hour window, and will not deliver without speaking to you first. The sauna arrives strapped to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who unloads to your curbside or driveway only. Raise anything unusual about your access — long driveway, low branches, stairs, apartment complex — with us before the sauna ships. When the driver unloads, inspect the boxes and note any scratches, dents, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to do that.It arrives in 2 boxes and uses clasp-together assembly. The Maxxus owner’s manual calls for two adults, a Phillips screwdriver and a ladder, and states that backrests are not included. We publish no assembly time because Maxxus publish none.Maxxus set out their warranty terms in the Warranty tab. Ask us for the written warranty before you order and we will confirm the terms for this model in writing. Maxxus specify these saunas for indoor installation only.
