No Foam. No Synthetics. Just Hemp and Wool.
The Hot Box Hemp Cushion is made from 100% hemp canvas with organic wool filling — both sourced and made in the USA. Unlike foam or synthetic cushions, hemp and wool are naturally antibacterial, breathable, and odor-resistant. They don’t harbor bacteria, break down in the heat, or off-gas compounds you don’t want near your skin during a session. One cushion fits the Standard sauna perfectly for seated yogi-position use. Two fit the XL.
