Indoor Traditional Sauna
Golden Designs “Osla” 6-Person Traditional Sauna (GDI-7689-02)
The Osla is the largest cabin in Golden Designs’ indoor traditional range: an exterior of 79 by 72 by 83 inches over an interior of 74 by 67 by 78 inches, rated at 6 person capacity. An 8.0 kW stove with built-in controls heats it, and a galaxy star colour therapy ceiling lights it.
Interior wood is Canadian Red Cedar; the exterior is Pacific Premium Clear Cedar with a clear stain. Golden Designs spell the model Osla, ship it in six boxes at 845 lbs, and specify it for indoor or covered exterior use.
The 8.0 kW stove and 40 amp service are common to four other cabins in the range, and the galaxy star ceiling with white reading lamp to two. What no other model matches is the room itself: 74 by 67 inches inside, against the 74 by 51 inches of the next-largest interior Golden Designs publish here.

The Largest Cabin In The Indoor Traditional Range
Nothing on the Osla’s spec sheet is unique to it — the stove size, the lighting and the control panel all appear elsewhere in the range. What is unique is the size of the room they sit in: 74 by 67 inches inside, under a 78-inch interior height.

Both come from Recovery For Athletes rather than from the manufacturer. The freight carrier calls you 24 to 48 hours ahead to set a day and a 4-hour window, Monday to Friday. The Osla travels strapped to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who unloads to your curbside or the end of your driveway only — Golden Designs state that plainly, and no threshold or room-of-choice service is offered. Before it leaves us, say if access is anything but straightforward: driveway length, low branches, steps, a building with shared entry. Inspect the boxes while the driver is still there and note any scratch, dent or scuff on the delivery receipt; refuse delivery outright if you see a large hole. Golden Designs’ inspection happens at delivery and they offer no claim window afterwards. This model ships at 845 lbs across 6 boxes, so arrange help for moving it from the kerb.Golden Designs set out the warranty terms for their indoor traditional range in the Warranty tab. Ask us for the written warranty before you order and we will confirm the terms for this model in writing. They also say they “work directly with manufacturers to produce our own line”. They do not publish a country of manufacture, and we won’t state one on their behalf.
