Gin Gliders Rescue Cockpit
The Gin Rescue Cockpit is for paraglider and paramotor pilots who prefer a front-mounted reserve.
- Fits most reserves – adjustable with eyelet positions and side cinching elastic.
- Compatible with most harnesses and frames – includes a mounting strap and 115 cm Dyneema Y-bridle (but not a longer reserve bridle for shoulder connections or high hang points).
- Lightweight and durable – made from honeycomb ripstop.
- Instrument-friendly – large hook-and-loop top panel with tie-in points.
- Easy deployment – compact handle with PU tubing for a secure grip, even with gloves.
Mounting options
The Rescue Cockpit includes a mounting strap and a 115 cm Dyneema Y-bridle for versatile attachment options across most paragliding and paramotoring harnesses and frames.
- Mounting strap – for shoulder reserve connection points (if present) or high hang points/long bars (requires a 145 cm reserve bridle, sold separately). This setup keeps you upright for a safer parachute landing fall (PLF).
- 115 cm Dyneema Y-bridle – for attaching to main hang points if no shoulder connections are available. Integrated hang straps allow direct attachment without an extra bridle, but this setup keeps you in a sitting position, less ideal for a PLF.
- Important – The Y-bridle cannot be used for shoulder connections or high hang points, as it is too short.
