The 45 mm Instinct E takes a 22 mm band, and these are Garmin’s own replacements: Charcoal, Black, Electric Lime and Ember Orange, all silicone, all the same price.

Note the size split in this family – the 40 mm Instinct E uses a 20 mm band and will not take these. Match the case size, not just the model name.
