The Garmin Approach® Z10 is a compact golf laser rangefinder that takes the guesswork out of every shot. Range the flag from up to 350 yards with 6× magnification and get your number in under a second, with a vibration pulse the moment you lock onto the pin.
Distances that tell the truth. The PlaysLike Distance feature adjusts yardage for elevation so you know how far the shot actually plays — not just the line-of-sight number. In tournament mode, PlaysLike switches off and an external indicator light shows officials your rangefinder is competition legal.
Range Relay: your number, on your wrist. Range Relay sends each ranged distance to a compatible Garmin golf smartwatch, handheld or the Garmin Golf™ app, then updates dynamically as you walk to your ball. Paired with a compatible device you’ll also see distances to the front and back of the green alongside your pin number.
Built for the bag. At under 7 ounces with an included magnetic cart mount, the Z10 stays within reach all round. A replaceable battery delivers up to one year of play — no charging cables — and Find My Rangefinder in the Garmin Golf app remembers where it last connected so it never gets left on a tee box.
Does the Approach Z10 work with Garmin golf watches?
Yes — Range Relay sends ranged distances to compatible Garmin golf smartwatches, handhelds and the Garmin Golf™ app, including front and back of green distances.
Is the Approach Z10 tournament legal?

How far can it range?
Up to 350 yards to the flag, with 6× magnification and feedback in under one second.
Does it need charging?
