Redefine hamstring training with the Excel Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl. Built with advanced iso-lateral technology and precision biomechanics, this plate-loaded machine delivers independent leg movement for balanced strength, deeper muscle activation, and superior lower-body development.
Targeted, Balanced Hamstring Training
The iso-lateral design allows each leg to move independently, helping eliminate strength imbalances while promoting symmetrical muscle growth. Experience focused contractions and consistent resistance for fully engaged, well-defined hamstrings.
