Ado Durovent rafter vents are lightweight polystyrene channels designed to create air spaces in attics and between roof rafters. They promote proper ventilation to help regulate moisture and temperature in attic areas, reducing the risk of moisture buildup that can damage insulation and framing. These rafter vents are ideal for both new construction and re-insulation projects where cost-effective, high-volume ventilation is needed.
Each vent measures 22 inches wide by 4 feet long and provides approximately 8 square feet of ventilation area per piece. The polystyrene material is water-resistant, making it suitable for moisture-prone environments. This 10-pack provides multiple pieces to cover substantial attic areas.
